Job Description
**Job Title** Product Owner – Digital Corporate **Role Summary** Owns the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Corporate program (cash management, trade, payments). Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery squad, driving prioritisation, change management, and delivery of high‑value features. **Expectations** - Deliver a clear, data‑driven product strategy that aligns with corporate goals. - Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of prioritized features while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction. - Facilitate continuous improvement of product and process based on user feedback and market trends. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and maintain the Digital Corporate product roadmap and backlog. - Prioritise features in collaboration with the tribe lead and business partners. - Coordinate implementation of the roadmap with the squad, balancing time‑to‑market, technical feasibility, and production constraints. - Conduct change‑management activities and communicate product decisions to sponsors, key users, and other Product Owners. - Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback, validate innovation impact, and adjust priorities accordingly. - Ensure the quality of deliverables and the alignment of functional, technical, and cross‑functional items in the backlog. **Required Skills** - Strong product ownership and stakeholder management. - Expertise in corporate banking products (cash management, trade finance, payments). - Experience in international trade, cash management, and payment systems. - Proven agile project management skills (Scrum/Kanban). - Excellent analytical, communication, and prioritisation abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree from a business school or engineering university. - Product Owner certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus. **Experience** - Minimum 7 years in a similar Product Owner role within the corporate banking domain.
