Partner with C‑suite leaders, technology teams, and external partners to translate data insights into scalable, ethics‑compliant AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI and competitive advantage. **Expectations** - Deliver a clear AI roadmap aligned with business growth objectives. - Demonstrate measurable impact through ROI, cost savings, revenue lift, and adoption metrics. - Act as the executive sponsor for responsible, secure AI deployment. - Foster an enterprise‑wide culture of AI literacy and innovation. - Maintain a robust external ecosystem of AI vendors, startups, and research institutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and advance the AI strategy and roadmap across wholesale, e‑commerce, and retail channels. - Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities in design, demand forecasting, sourcing, merchandising, customer experience, and supply‑chain optimization. - Oversee creation of AI‑enabled solutions that: * Predict and generate design trends. * Optimize sourcing, vendor negotiations, and sustainability. * Enhance assortment planning, pricing, and promotions. * Personalize digital and in‑store consumer experiences. * Improve inventory flow, allocation, and omni‑channel performance. - Build a disciplined ROI measurement framework; collaborate with Finance to track and report AI investment returns. - Lead enterprise‑wide AI training, enablement, and change management programs. - Evangelize AI as a differentiator, positioning the organization as an industry thought leader. - Cultivate partnerships with cloud and AI platform providers; pilot emerging AI solutions from the startup ecosystem. **Required Skills** - 15+ years of senior technology/digital transformation leadership in retail, apparel, or consumer products. - 5+ years leading AI/ML/advanced analytics initiatives. - Proven track record designing, scaling, and integrating AI/analytics solutions in multi‑channel consumer businesses. - Deep expertise in AI applications for PLM, sourcing, demand forecasting, merchandising, supply chain, personalization, and consumer engagement. - Ability to blend internal enterprise data with external trend, social, and market intelligence. - Strong external network with AI vendors, research institutions, and innovation partners. - Visionary executive with strong influence, collaboration, and change‑leadership capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or related field (master’s preferred). - Professional certifications in AI/ML, data science, or enterprise architecture (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, etc.) are advantageous.
