Job Description

**Job Title** Expert Data & Support Marketing – Project Janus **Role Summary** Responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing a large master database and extracting actionable insights from existing BI tools to support portfolio decisions and marketing actions within the Janus workstream. Works closely with IT, ERP teams, and senior category & marketing leaders. **Expectations** * 18‑month fixed‑term contract * Bilingual English required (C1+) * Integration into the Janus portfolio team and collaboration with category and marketing directors * Deliver timely, accurate data and reports that influence marketing and sales strategies **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain and update the central master database (Excel with hundreds of thousands of records); facilitate migration to a more robust IT solution in partnership with IT. * Extract, clean, and analyze data from existing BI systems; identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies. * Produce and deliver data‑driven reports to support decision‑making. * Initiate and track change requests in ERP and other systems; oversee implementation and documentation. * Identify and resolve misalignments between the master database and ERP data. * Support marketing tasks for Project Janus and new branding: implement institutional brand guidelines, update marketing content, adapt commercial communications. * Monitor and document change requests, field updates, and data quality improvements. **Required Skills** * Advanced proficiency in MS Office; expert knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, macros). * Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; data‑driven mindset. * Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and ERP data extraction. * Familiarity with change‑management processes and documentation. * Excellent written and verbal communication in English. * Highly organized, meticulous, and accountable. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in an industry setting. ---
