Job Description: Job title: Information Security Systems Manager (H/F) Role summary: Lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy across IT and OT environments, ensuring alignment with group policies, regulations, and industry standards; drive security culture, incident response, and crisis management. Expectations: - Deliver strategic direction for security governance at the executive level. - Protect the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the company’s information assets. - Foster a proactive security culture across all business units. Key responsibilities: - Manage IT & OT security program, ensuring compliance with regulations and group standards. - Enforce the security policy across all group entities. - Develop and lead prevention and awareness initiatives. - Oversee monitoring, analysis, and integrity of information systems. - Coordinate security incident management and corrective action deployment. - Maintain continuous regulatory and technological watch. - Design and maintain risk prevention and crisis management plans. - Establish, train, and exercise an operational crisis organization. - Lead major incident response and internal/external communications in coordination with executive leadership. - Continually enhance organizational resilience and risk maturity. Required skills: - Strategic leadership with proven ability to influence executive and cross‑functional teams. - Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat landscape, and incident response. - Experience managing IT and OT security programs. - Strong crisis management and business continuity planning capabilities. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills. - Ability to analyze complex security metrics and drive continuous improvement. Required education & certifications: - Master’s level (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in a similar cybersecurity leadership role. - Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.
