Développeur Full-Stack ERP H/F

Job Description

Job title: Full‑Stack ERP Developer (M/F) Role Summary: Lead the evolution and maintenance of the group ERP system, driving modernization through Agile practices, micro‑services architecture, and DevOps pipelines. Act as a technical mentor, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability while collaborating closely with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams. Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet operational needs. • Champion Agile methodology and continuous improvement. • Mentor and elevate the skills of the existing development team. • Drive the transition from legacy systems to modern, modular architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions in sync with product owners. - Maintain and evolve the group ERP, including integrations and incremental enhancements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. - Ensure delivery quality, security, and maintainability of all releases. - Produce technical documentation and support testing activities. - Propose architectural improvements and modularization (functional decoupling, microservices). - Implement and support DevOps practices: CI/CD, Git workflows, Jenkins/GitLab CI, and automated deployments. - Continuously enhance development processes and best practices. Required Skills: - Extensive experience (7+ years) in full‑stack application development. - Strong background in legacy ERP systems and modernization projects. - Proficient with micro‑services architectures and associated languages (Node.js, .NET, etc.). - Skilled in Agile practices and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins). - Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL options. - Familiarity with WinDev environment is a plus. - Excellent problem‑solving, architectural thinking, and communication skills. - Fluent in English; French language not mandatory but beneficial. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) and DevOps practices are advantageous.
