**Job Title:** DevOps Lead
**Role Summary:** Lead, design, and oversee end‑to‑end DevOps practices, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines, robust cloud infrastructure, and scalable containerized environments. Drives automation, infrastructure as code, and monitoring strategies across multi‑cloud deployments.
**Expectations:**
- Mentor and coordinate a cross‑functional DevOps team.
- Own incident resolution and continuous improvement of delivery workflows.
- Champion security, compliance, and cost‑efficiency within cloud environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Implement and manage IaC solutions with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Design, deploy, and operate container orchestration clusters (Docker, Kubernetes) on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Configure monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and best practices.
- Resolve production incidents, conduct post‑mortems, and embed lessons learned.
- Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to enforce standards and automate compliance.
**Required Skills:**
- 8+ years in DevOps, 3+ years in a lead or architect capacity.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible).
- Container & orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring & logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Advanced scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer) preferred.
