Requires frequent travel and bilingual (English/French) communication skills. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality implementations on schedule and within budget. - Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support during integration. - Continuously learn new features and best practices to advise clients effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Configure the Tecsys platform, manage data migration, perform system testing, and conduct user training. - Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams (technical, sales, support) to align solutions with customer needs. - Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and provide progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders. - Document processes, configuration settings, and troubleshooting procedures. - Conduct post‑go‑live support and monitor system performance. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of software implementation/consulting experience, or 5+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct implementation on the customer side. - Proven experience in inventory, distribution, or ERP supply‑chain software implementations. - Strong business‑process analysis, configuration, data loading, testing, and training abilities. - Operational knowledge in inventory & order management, forecasting/demand planning, and basic financial modules (GL, A/P, A/R). - Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking. - Superior written and oral communication skills; bilingual English and French. - Self‑starter with adaptability and a continual learning mindset. - Proficiency in project documentation, presentations, and client-facing communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. - Accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred but not mandatory. - Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles is advantageous. **Additional Edge Factors:** - Experience with hospital or healthcare supply‑chain operations. - Familiarity with integrated warehouse and transportation processes. - Technical aptitude and comfort with emerging software tools. ---
