Software Engineer II, Product Lines Engineer (Full Stack)
**Role Summary**
Design, build, and maintain core ordering and product‑launch workflows for a cloud‑based dental practice platform. Possess end‑to‑end ownership across the stack, collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and R&D teams to deliver high‑quality experiences in a fast, ambiguous environment.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 2 years commercial software‑engineering experience.
- Proven professional use of TypeScript, React, and GraphQL in production.
- Comfortable leading initiatives across frontend, backend, infra, or data layers.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, capacity to learn quickly, and ability to thrive amid ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites (Salt Lake City, Dallas) as required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, test, and maintain core ordering flows consumed by customers.
- Debug and optimize processes that span development, manufacturing, and support.
- Partner with product managers, GMs, process engineers, and CAD designers to prototype and launch new dental products.
- Collaborate with R&D to translate product innovations into reliable software.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements across existing product lines.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and cross‑functional meetings.
**Required Skills**
- TypeScript, React, GraphQL (core competencies).
- Full‑stack familiarity: backend frameworks, database access, infra tooling, and data handling.
- Optional but advantageous: NestJS, TypeORM, Electron.
- Excellent coding standards, testing, and debugging practices.
- Proactive communication and self‑direction in ambiguous settings.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- No mandatory certifications required; relevant industry or technology certifications are a plus.
