**Role Summary**
Provide full‑time support for Wealthsimple Foundation’s youth engagement, digital outreach, and ambassador program. Plan and execute online and in‑person initiatives, create and schedule social‑media content, coordinate event logistics, and engage a 15‑24‑year‑old audience through TikTok and Instagram.
**Expectations**
- 35 hours per week, full‑time; hybrid model: in‑office in Toronto Wednesdays/Thursdays, remote otherwise.
- Availability to commute to Toronto on designated days.
- Current Canadian post‑secondary student or recent graduate (≤ 6 months).
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, meet deadlines, and take initiative with minimal oversight.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and document digital and in‑person finan‑education activations, workshops, and networking events (e.g., campus tours, Foundations Day).
- Develop, schedule, and moderate content across TikTok and Instagram; collaborate with creative teams.
- Coordinate event logistics: pre‑event marketing, partner liaison, set‑up, onsite management, and post‑event feedback collection.
- Repurpose complex financial topics into engaging, youth‑centric storytelling formats.
- Maintain an active online community, respond to comments, and nurture ambassador relationships.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform future campaigns.
**Required Skills**
- Strong passion for youth community building and inclusive financial literacy.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting for digital platforms.
- Proven experience (student leadership, volunteer work, online community management) managing or co‑creating youth engagement initiatives.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Proficiency in content creation tools: video editing, graphic design, and social‑media scheduling software.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends and peer communication.
- Self‑starter with high energy, proactive problem‑solving, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and deadline management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian post‑secondary institution or a recent graduate (within 6 months).
- No specific certification required; relevant coursework in communications, marketing, social media, or community development is advantageous.
