Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Project Manager (Implementation) **Role Summary** Lead technical execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance with standards, and on-time, on-budget delivery of solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver projects supporting critical business applications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Sage X3). - Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review. - Promote innovation and technological efficiency within IT operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate technical teams and vendors to achieve project objectives. - Finalize project timelines, budgets, and feasibility assessments. - Monitor progress against KPIs for timeline, cost, and quality. - Supervise system design, development, and integration efforts. - Ensure compliance with IT architecture standards and regulatory requirements. - Execute testing protocols (development, integration, production). - Develop post-deployment support strategies to mitigate risks. - Identify process optimizations and implement continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in IT architecture, databases/APIs, and development languages. - Mastery of project management tools (Azure DevOps, Trello). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent. - Preferred knowledge of electronic invoicing reforms (additional advantage).
