**Job title**
Systems & Networks Administrator (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Responsible for administering, supervising, and maintaining client on‑site and remote IT infrastructures, including Windows and macOS environments, servers, virtualization, networking, and telephony. Provides Level II‑III technical support, assists field technicians, contributes to project deployment, and ensures security compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and monitor Windows, macOS, and server infrastructures (on‑site & remote).
- Perform installation, migration, and configuration of Windows server architectures.
- Resolve Level II‑III incidents for systems, networks, VOIP, and telephony.
- Support field technicians and client sites during deployments and troubleshooting.
- Apply and enforce IT security policies; conduct user security awareness.
- Detect, analyze, and remediate security events.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
- Participate in infrastructure and tool projects, assisting sales in needs analysis and solution design.
- Maintain operational readiness (MCO) and perform regular supervision of SAN/NAS, VPN, UTM, and VOIP Centrex services.
**Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, QoS, VPN, VoIP, and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Windows client, macOS, Office 365, VMware virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, and UTM firewalls.
- Experience with incident diagnosis, root‑cause analysis, and resolution.
- Ability to document processes and create clear technical guides.
- Excellent communication skills for user training and cross‑team collaboration.
- Initiative, problem‑solving mindset, and adaptability to evolving technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent to Bac+4/5).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
