**Job Title:** Head of Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for a high‑street QSR brand poised to double in size, driving brand growth across retail, catering, digital and new channels. Work closely with the executive team to set strategy, build and scale the marketing department, and deliver measurable performance over the next 12–24 months.
**Expectations**
- Own brand positioning, marketing strategy, and execution for a rapidly expanding QSR.
- Demonstrate hands‑on leadership and rapid experimentation in the first 6–12 months.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations and CEO to ensure integrated go‑to‑market plans.
- Build and mentor a high‑performance marketing team, establishing processes and metrics.
- Deliver growth objectives, including increasing market share, customer acquisition and revenue streams across retail and catering.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business growth targets.
2. Lead brand management, advertising, and communications across all touchpoints.
3. Drive digital marketing programs (SEO, paid media, social, email, performance analytics) with clear ROI.
4. Partner with operations to optimise in‑store marketing, merchandising, and catering promotions.
5. Oversee data analysis, reporting, and a data‑driven approach to campaign optimisation.
6. Build, coach, and scale the marketing team, delegating responsibilities and fostering continuous improvement.
7. Manage marketing budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost‑effective campaigns.
8. Set up KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for marketing performance.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership in marketing, ideally within branded food, hospitality or QSR.
- Strong brand, digital, and growth marketing experience.
- Experienced in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
- Data‑driven decision maker with solid analytical, budgeting and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments and to execute hands‑on.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Digital Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
