**Job Title:** Head of Marketing **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for a high‑street QSR brand poised to double in size, driving brand growth across retail, catering, digital and new channels. Work closely with the executive team to set strategy, build and scale the marketing department, and deliver measurable performance over the next 12–24 months. **Expectations** - Own brand positioning, marketing strategy, and execution for a rapidly expanding QSR. - Demonstrate hands‑on leadership and rapid experimentation in the first 6–12 months. - Collaborate with commercial, operations and CEO to ensure integrated go‑to‑market plans. - Build and mentor a high‑performance marketing team, establishing processes and metrics. - Deliver growth objectives, including increasing market share, customer acquisition and revenue streams across retail and catering. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business growth targets. 2. Lead brand management, advertising, and communications across all touchpoints. 3.
