Job Description

**Job Title:** Engineering Technical Office Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead technical teams and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering projects to ensure project success within quality, cost, and deadline constraints. Develop product solutions through feasibility studies, complex technical analysis, and innovation. **Expectations:** Minimum 7 years’ experience in technical engineering roles, preferably in mechanical or electrotechnical disciplines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage technical teams dedicated to engineering projects. - Plan and coordinate studies across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and automation domains. - Ensure compliance with project deadlines, budgets, and technical standards. - Conduct feasibility studies and complex dimensioning for engineering solutions. - Develop new products and optimize existing designs through innovative technical input. - Author technical documentation, including calculation notes for functional, physical, dimensional, structural, and geometric constraints. **Required Skills:** - Project management and team leadership. - Technical coordination between engineering specialties. - Advanced technical skills in feasibility analysis, dimensioning, and design optimization. - Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, simulation tools as applicable). - Product development and problem-solving capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in mechanical, electrotechnical, or related field. - Proven technical expertise in mechanical or electrotechnical systems.
