Job Description: **Job Title** Decision Support Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and grow the Decision Support team, delivering high‑value strategic analyses and managing the data function's methodological structure. Own the development of advanced analytics, automation, and data visualisation to enable evidence‑based decision‑making across the organisation. **Expectations** - Executive management of a multidisciplinary analytics team. - Ownership of the data function’s quality, standardisation and automation. - Continuous improvement of analytical tools and methods. - Clear communication of complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Recruit, coach, and mentor the Decision Support team; foster a collaborative, learning‑oriented environment. - Design, implement, and maintain robust KPI frameworks and shared knowledge bases. - Automate analytical pipelines, enforce quality controls, and ensure data reliability. - Build compelling visualisations (Power BI dashboards, maps, infographics) that translate data into actionable insights. - Develop and optimise complex SQL queries and R scripts (Python acceptable). - Partner closely with the operations (Exploitation) team to align analytics with business needs. - Conduct strategic and methodological research to innovate analytics practices. **Required Skills** *Technical* - Proven expertise in statistics, marketing analytics, and geospatial analysis. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and R; Python is acceptable. - Strong background in data visualisation, especially Power BI. - Experience with multi‑source data environments and automated analytics pipelines. *Behavioural* - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distil key messages. - Excellent communication, including translating technical concepts for non‑experts. - Principled leadership: calm, oriented to growth, and supportive yet demanding. - Demonstrated ability to manage change in transforming environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in data science or decision support. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Decision‑Making Analytics, Statistics, or Business School (Bac +4/5). - Relevant certifications in data analytics or statistics are advantageous.
