Job Description
Job Title: Jr. Digital Graphic Designer Role Summary: Support the creation and delivery of visual content across digital marketing channels, including email, website, and social media, to enhance brand consistency and drive engagement. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality designs on schedule. - Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Copywriting, Merchandising, Project Management). - Demonstrate initiative and a proactive, self‑starter attitude. - Maintain brand standards and ensure design excellence in all assets. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and refine creative assets for site updates, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media. - Produce weekly design work: homepage slides, category banners, templates, and other web assets. - Develop print materials (PR, advertising, packaging) and prepare mechanicals for production. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. - Collaborate with teams to understand marketing goals and KPI-driven design requirements. - Maintain consistency across digital templates and brand assets. - Adapt designs to fit brand guidelines and platform specifications. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). - Strong visual design sense with focus on web typography, photography, and layout. - Ability to create and iterate on design concepts within templates. - Excellent organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience. - 1–2 years of graphic design experience in e‑commerce or fashion environments (internship acceptable). - No specific certifications required but familiarity with Figma prototyping is a plus.
