Demonstrate proficiency in managing a fast‑moving pipeline and engaging decision‑makers at all levels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage and close inbound leads through timely, professional communication. - Execute outbound prospecting using targeted outreach to identify new business prospects. - Build and nurture a high‑quality B2B pipeline, ensuring accurate forecast and data integrity. - Collaborate with closing teams to move deals through early‑stage funnel stages. - Perform structured, high‑frequency follow‑ups to sustain momentum. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date activity logs and deal status in HubSpot or equivalent CRM. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 + years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience in outsourcing, BPO, or CX‑as‑a‑Service. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Comfort navigating fast‑growth, high‑change sales environments. - Strong business‑level communication skills with stakeholders and decision‑makers. - Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar CRM) for task and deal management. - Quick learner capable of handling sales simulations and case studies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (if applicable).
