Job title: Principal Operations Architect – Care Delivery Transformation
Role Summary: Lead the design and execution of scalable operational systems to support a predictable, efficient healthcare delivery network. Own the operational roadmap, process optimization, and technology integration that empowers care teams to prioritize patient outcomes.
Expactations:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, process architecture, or related domains.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, mentor junior staff, and influence stakeholders across technical and clinical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for operational processes and systems aligned with business objectives.
- Design, build, and scale secure operational workflows, integrating advanced technologies such as LLMs, RPA, and other automation tools.
- Identify bottlenecks, conduct feasibility studies, and produce business case analyses for new initiatives.
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across functions.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report on productivity metrics to senior leadership.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into actionable operational solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to build operational capability within the organization.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Expertise in operational strategy, process design, and systems implementation in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience resolving complex operational challenges.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow optimization, and technology integration.
- Familiarity with advanced automation tools (LLM, RPA) and their application to healthcare operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications in operations, healthcare informatics, or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or CPHO) are a plus.
