Job Description: Job Title: Senior .NET Engineer – E-commerce (F/M) Role Summary: Lead the evolution of back‑office applications for an e‑commerce platform, applying best practices in code quality, architecture, and delivery. Own end‑to‑end development cycles, mentor team members, and collaborate directly with business users to prioritize and deliver functional enhancements. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years of C#/.NET development experience. - Demonstrated ability to architect and refactor complex systems. - Strong advocate for clean code, DDD, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines. - Proactive, self‑starter who can influence and elevate team performance. - Effective communicator with end users and cross‑functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Review and evolve existing back‑office modules (logistics, procurement, internal tools). - Design, develop, test, and deploy backend components in C#/.NET. - Provide occasional support for front‑end tasks as needed. - Champion and enforce coding standards, automated testing, and continuous integration. - Coach junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing. - Participate in architectural discussions and make technical trade‑offs. - Interface directly with business users to gather requirements and prioritize tickets. - Own technical ownership without intermediary roles (no PO or Scrum Master). Required Skills: - Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and Microsoft stack (Windows Server, SQL Server). - Experience with source control (Git) and automated build/deployment (CI/CD). - Solid understanding of Domain‑Driven Design, Test‑Driven Development, and clean architecture principles. - Familiarity with relational database design and SQL. - Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to deliver high‑quality code under business deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer) are a plus but not mandatory.
