Senior Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Senior Technical Program Leader responsible for managing end‑to‑end IT infrastructure programs in manufacturing and industrial settings, including factory build‑outs, data center expansions, and enterprise deployments. Drives program strategy, execution, and delivery while aligning with construction schedules, operational requirements, and business continuity.
**Expectations**
- Deliver multiple concurrent large‑scale IT infrastructure programs on schedule, scope, and budget.
- Maintain zero impact on business continuity through rigorous risk and change management.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, facilities, OT, SRE/DevOps, executive leadership).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure programs for factory construction, industrial technology deployments, and enterprise environments.
- Partner with General Contractors, Facility Teams, and Engineering groups to manage construction‑related IT implementations.
- Interpret, validate, and enforce structured cabling, Division 27, AV, and telecom construction standards.
- Oversee enterprise deployments: Data Centers, Server/Backup Systems, NAS, DR, AD migrations, OS upgrades, and patching.
- Drive network refresh initiatives across multi‑site LAN/WLAN, DNS, DHCP, and plant‑floor connectivity.
- Develop charters, budgets, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for programs.
- Coordinate production schedules and deployment windows with IT deliverables.
- Facilitate design reviews, risk mitigation sessions, and cross‑functional planning.
- Execute disciplined project/program management best practices using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years managing complex, cross‑functional IT infrastructure programs, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong experience working with General Contractors and Facilities on construction‑driven IT projects (factory builds, data center expansions).
- Deep knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27 standards, AV/telecom drawings (office & industrial).
- Proven leadership in large‑scale network infrastructure initiatives: multi‑site LAN/WLAN, DNS/DHCP, plant‑floor connectivity.
- Solid background in server, data, backup, NAS, DR, and controlled‑environment infrastructure.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) migrations and deployments.
- Proficiency with program tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Google Workspace, and similar platforms.
- Excellent critical‑thinking, risk management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Cisco CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred but not mandatory.
