**Job Title:** Senior Technical Project Manager
**Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integrated hardware/software projects in power electronics and grid infrastructure, managing schedules, budgets, technical compliance, and cross‑functional teams from concept to commercial deployment.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed technical standards.
- Act as primary client interface, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Champion safety, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement across all project stages.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and control project plans, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (electronics, electrical, mechanical, control, embedded, software).
- Ensure compliance with grid codes, IEC/IEEE standards, and customer requirements.
- Manage procurement, supplier selection, PO creation, and import logistics.
- Oversee site acceptance testing, energization, grid synchronization, and commissioning documentation.
- Enforce HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote safety culture.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within project teams.
- Produce progress reports, technical deliverables, and lessons‑learned documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong project management methodology knowledge (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI).
- Expertise in power electronics, grid infrastructure, and hardware/software integration.
- Proven experience with manufacturing, pilot production, and large‑scale field deployment.
- Proficiency in project tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical translation.
- HSE management (RAMS, HAZOP, LOTO, PPE).
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally for site visits.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
