**Job title** Account Manager – Customer Team **Role Summary** Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers, building strong C‑level relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving revenue through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewals. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed annual ARR growth targets. - Maintain high renewal rates and customer satisfaction scores. - Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts and collaborate with CSM, product, pre‑sales, marketing, and support teams to secure long‑term success. - Develop and execute account plans that identify expansion opportunities and deliver measurable value. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Build and nurture relationships with C‑level and executive stakeholders. 2. Conduct regular business reviews to capture customer use cases, success metrics, and renewal drivers. 3. Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the portfolio. 4. Create and execute account growth plans aligned with company revenue targets. 5. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to address issues, propose solutions, and ensure smooth delivery. 6. Coordinate customer testimonials, case studies, and reference programs to support business development. 7. Maintain accurate forecasting, measurable KPIs, and detailed documentation in the CRM system. 8. Partner with marketing on customer advocacy, events, and community initiatives. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of account management experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven record of closing deals and growing accounts. - Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Fluency in English and French (verbal & written). - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Customer‑obsessed mindset with the ability to translate needs into solutions. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. - Self‑driven, dynamic, and results‑oriented. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No mandatory industry certifications required; SaaS sales or account management credentials are a plus.
