Job Title: Technical Commercial Sales Engineer (B2B) Role Summary: Drive sales of surface‑coating equipment to industrial clients, acting as the main technical and commercial contact for solutions across construction, automotive, woodworking, and manufacturing sectors. Expactations: Deliver quarterly sales targets, maintain high customer satisfaction scores, and expand the client portfolio within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities. • Present on‑site demonstrations and technical proposals. • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions (spray systems, sanding, lighting, ventilation). • Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle using Salesforce CRM. • Coordinate field trials and support project implementation. • Maintain regular follow‑up and account development.
