**Job Title** Product Owner – Salesforce (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead the definition, prioritisation and delivery of digital marketing and customer‑relationship services built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM tools. Work within an Agile SAFe framework in a cross‑functional team that includes business owners, architects, business analysts, scrum masters and developers. Translate marketing business needs into detailed, testable user stories, drive product road‑mapping, ensure compliance with data governance, and accelerate time‑to‑market for acquisition‑focused digital marketing solutions (SEO/SEA, recommendation engines, campaign automation). **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of Product Owner experience in communication or marketing domains. - Proven expertise in Salesforce platforms, especially Marketing Cloud, including adaptation for high‑volume digital acquisition. - Strong client‑centric mindset with exceptional listening, synthesis and stakeholder engagement skills. - Technical curiosity and ability to bridge business and development teams. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Familiarity with data regulations (GDPR) and marketing compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Participate actively in SAFe ceremonies (PI planning, scrum of scrums, demos) and provide updates to senior stakeholders. 7. Support integration of AI‑driven acceleration processes within marketing workflows. 8.
