**Job Title**
Data & Change Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end data and change initiatives for clients across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and CRM. Drive digital transformation by aligning business needs with BI & data solutions, ensuring projects are scoped, executed, and adopted successfully.
**Expectations**

- Champion a data‑driven culture and promote adoption of BI tools.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Scope, plan, and manage one or more BI & data projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor schedules, allocate resources, and maintain project budgets.
- Draft tailored proposals and present them to clients.
- Contribute to the development, promotion, and refinement of innovative data offerings.
- Create roadmaps, identify high‑value use cases, and drive implementation of self‑service BI.
- Design UX best practices, produce mockups (Figma, PowerPoint), and model data architecture.
- Establish data governance frameworks for data programs.
**Required Skills**
*Project Management* – 6+ years managing data‑centric projects; proven experience in both V‑model and Agile environments.
*Technical* – Strong knowledge of cloud data architecture, SQL, data management, analysis, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
*Business Acumen* – Ability to identify pain points and design business‑aligned data solutions.
*Communication* – Excellent written and oral presentation skills; persuasive stakeholder engagement.
*Leadership* – Proactive, results‑oriented, and collaborative team player.
*Curiosity* – Eagerness to explore emerging data technologies and methodologies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s +5 years (Master) from a top business school (ESSEC, EM Lyon, ESCP, Kedge) with specialization in Data Project Management and/or Change Management, **or**
- Engineering degree (Polytechnique, EISTI, Centrale) with a focus on business performance and data.
