**Job Title** Product Manager **Role Summary** Lead strategic ownership of a full portfolio of temperature‑controlled laboratory equipment (freezers, incubators, etc.). Define multi‑year roadmaps, conduct market and competitive analysis, drive product development, lifecycle management, and ensure performance, quality, and profitability targets are met. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end product management from concept through post‑launch continuous improvement. - Serve as customer voice across R&D, production, sales, marketing, and leadership teams. - Drive data‑driven decisions, industry compliance, and international market success. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and communicate product strategy and multi‑year roadmaps. - Lead market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and risks. - Guide new product development, industrialization, and regulatory compliance activities. - Coordinate product launches, pricing, promotional support, and training for commercial teams. - Monitor product performance metrics, conduct post‑launch reviews, and recommend optimizations. - Build relationships with key opinion leaders and support field visits when needed. **Required Skills** - Strategic product planning and lifecycle management. - Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder communication. - Data‑driven decision making and analytical ability. - International market experience. - Fluency in French and English. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools (advantageous). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business. - 5–8 years of product management experience in laboratory equipment, life sciences, or medical technology.
