Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Urban Water and Sewer Infrastructure **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end project management for urban water supply and wastewater/septic systems, primarily serving public sector clients. Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of water and sewer networks, pumping stations, water treatment plants, and stormwater facilities. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with technical, legal, and quality standards while delivering projects on time and within budget. **Expectations** * Execute full project lifecycle: design, tender, execution, commissioning, and hand‑over. * Serve as the central technical liaison for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. * Maintain project control on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety. * Contribute to business development by drafting tenders and responses to public calls. * Uphold regulatory compliance and industry best practices in all project phases. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Project Planning & Design** – Prepare detailed project plans, engineering calculations, and design briefs for water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems. 2. **Tender & Procurement** – Draft Request for Tender (RFT) documents, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and award contracts to contractors. 3. **Construction Management** – Monitor construction activities, conduct site visits, facilitate daily progress meetings, and enforce health & safety protocols. 4. **Quality & Contract Control** – Review contractor submissions, conduct inspections, ensure performance meets specifications and contractual terms. 5. **Stakeholder Engagement** – Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to clients, regulators, and internal teams; represent the company at project reviews. 6. **Financial Oversight** – Prepare cost estimates, track expenditures, manage change orders, and deliver timely financial reports. 7. **Team Leadership** – Lead and mentor engineering and civil works teams, allocating tasks and providing technical guidance. 8. **Business Development** – Assist in preparing proposals for new projects, identify opportunities, and support agency growth initiatives. **Required Skills** * Project Management (PMI/Prince2 or equivalent) – Strong knowledge of EPC/O&M project delivery. * Technical expertise in Urban Hydraulics, Water Supply, Wastewater, or Stormwater Engineering. * Regulatory & Standards Knowledge – French and EU water regulations, ISO and sectoral standards. * Procurement & Contract Negotiation – Experience drafting RFTs, evaluating offers, and managing contracts. * Communication – Excellent written and verbal skills; capable of producing clear client documentation and technical reports. * Leadership & Collaboration – Skilled at managing multidisciplinary teams and driving consensus. * Problem‑Solving – Ability to identify, analyse, and rectify technical and logistical challenges. * Commercial Acumen – Sensitivity to cost drivers and value engineering opportunities. * Tools – Proficiency in project management software, CAD, hydraulic modelling, and BIM. **Required Education & Certifications** * Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Urban Hydraulics, Water Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in urban water infrastructure project management, preferably in consultancy or engineering firm environment. * Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous but not mandatory. ---

**Job Title:** Generation Control Engineer III **Role Summary:** Responsible for safe, reliable operation and maintenance of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) supporting power generation, battery storage, and water & gas systems. Designs, develops, and implements system upgrades, resolves incidents, and recommends improvements to enhance plant performance.
