**Job Title:** Territorial Sales Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Drive sales of bio‑waste awareness, collection, and valorisation services (ModulO) across a defined territory. Target catering, small establishments, large retail, agro‑food industries, and local waste operators. Align sales activities with corporate strategy to secure a high volume of contracts.
**Expectations:**
- Meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Generate and qualify leads continuously.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and provide weekly sales reports.
- Build and nurture client relationships; ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute market intelligence and support internal projects.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking groups.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Generation & Prospecting** – Identify targets, conduct outreach (networking, web tools, direct contact), and manage inbound leads from marketing.
2. **Sales Cycle Management** – Qualify prospects, develop proposals, perform cost estimates, negotiate terms, and close deals.
3. **Client Support** – Assist clients during implementation, coordinate with logistics, customer service, and project teams; resolve issues.
4. **CRM & Reporting** – Record activities in CRM, update client portal, and produce weekly performance updates.
5. **Market Analysis** – Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends; feed insights to product and marketing teams.
6. **Internal Collaboration & Events** – Participate in cross‑functional meetings, propose process improvements, and attend conferences, trade shows, and relevant association meetings.
**Required Skills:**
- Fluent French (excellent written and verbal communication).
- Proven B2B sales, prospecting, and negotiation abilities (≥4 years).
- Strong relationship‑building, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
- High autonomy, strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Results‑driven, persistent, and adaptable to varied stakeholder profiles.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 3) in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, ideally in waste management, facility services, or related sectors.
