Coordinates design review meetings, manages design changes, and aligns technical specifications with project requirements. Expactations: Proven experience in design management within construction or energy sectors. Strong leadership, coordination, and compliance management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor design management procedures for compliance with technical and procedural standards. - Conduct and approve design compliance audits from contract award to project completion. - Chair design review meetings and mitigate pre-construction hazards. - Develop, maintain, and implement design programs. - Approve technical deviation requests and ensure alignment with specifications. - Manage design changes per established protocols. - Coordinate health and safety aspects during design implementation. Required Skills: - Leadership and coordination expertise. - Technical proficiency in design compliance and change management. - Audit and risk mitigation capabilities. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
