Job Description
**Job Title:** Event Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and brand-related events to enhance brand presence and dealer/employee engagement. Oversee event logistics, promotional materials, and cross-functional collaboration. **Expectations:** Hybrid work model; occasional travel required. Fast-paced environment demanding strong project management and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) process and event logistics for dealer/executive engagement. - Develop presentations, templates, and internal guides aligned with corporate design standards. - Plan and execute brand-aligned events with cross-functional and brand teams. - Manage corporate event sponsorships and partner relationships. - Oversee promotional merchandise lifecycle (forecasting, inventory, field communications). - Administer marketing purchasing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes. - Coordinate vendor relationships for event material delivery. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in corporate event planning, tradeshows, and meeting design. - Fluency in French and English (written and verbal). - Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). - Project management and cross-functional team leadership. - Attention to detail and brand consistency execution. - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree in Marketing or Corporate Communications. - 2–5 years event marketing or related experience.
