Job Description: **Job Title** Financial Analyst – Fixed Costs **Role Summary** Provide accounting support and analysis for fixed‑cost and capital accounts. Drive month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS. Partner with business units and financial planning teams to deliver accurate variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and dashboards. **Expectations** * Deliver high‑quality journal entries and reconciliations within established deadlines. * Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. * Communicate findings clearly to finance leaders and business partners. * Continuously seek process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and post monthly journal entries for fixed‑cost and capital accounts. * Perform reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation. * Manage fixed‑asset sub‑ledger functions: capitalization, depreciation, CIP, disposals. * Update and upload data into monthly financial review templates; assist with reporting and presentations. * Support annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles: template setup, data consolidation, uploads. * Compile monthly actuals packages; oversee end‑to‑end forecasting for assigned business areas. * Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and contribute to improvement projects. * Respond to audit requests and maintain documentation. **Required Skills** * Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial close processes, and internal controls. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and ERP experience (SAP preferred). * Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. * Effective written and verbal communication; customer‑focused collaboration. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. * CPA designation (or in‑progress) preferred. * 2–4 years of relevant financial/accounting experience.
