Job title: Digital Experience Manager
Role Summary: Lead digital marketing analytics and experience optimization, driving performance improvements, data-driven insights, and new digital capabilities for a financial services client.
Expectations: Deliver measurable gains in campaign ROI, audience efficiency, dashboard adoption, compliance, and continuous innovation in digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze multi‑channel campaign and website performance to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain tracking, reporting, and measurement frameworks for paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, and organic media.
- Develop first‑party audience segmentation strategies to enhance performance.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations for marketing and business leaders.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests using statistical models.
- Partner with technology, analytics, advertising, compliance, and legal teams to align strategy and execution.
- Guide development of new digital experiences and marketing products.
- Research emerging digital trends and technologies.
- Support marketing automation, AI‑driven optimization, and end‑to‑end campaign execution.
Required Skills:
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Knowledge of tag management (Adobe Launch) and Martech integrations.
- Familiarity with Decibel, Medallia, Salesforce, Snowflake, Marketo.
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, personalization, targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital insights, analytics, or marketing data strategy.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe analytics/target, data analytics, or digital marketing preferred.
