Job Description
**Job Title** Global Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst **Role Summary** Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of global GRC processes to ensure regulatory, legal, and security compliance. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess risks, conduct gap analyses, manage third‑party risk, and report metrics to senior leadership. **Expectations** - Maintain adherence to industry standards (NIST, SOX, PCI‑DSS, GDPR, HIPAA). - Drive continuous improvement of GRC frameworks and documentation. - Act as SME for GRC initiatives and provide guidance to business units. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and update corporate policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with best practices. - Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk register, and prioritize mitigation actions. - Perform third‑party/vendor risk evaluations and monitor ongoing compliance. - Track key risk indicators and security metrics; report findings to governance committees. - Ensure IT functions comply with internal controls through audits and peer reviews. - Partner with IT, Legal, HR, and business units to integrate risk considerations into processes. - Educate stakeholders on risk frameworks and compliance requirements. - Create and deliver regular risk/compliance dashboards for senior leadership and boards. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with GRC tools (RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, LogicGate). - Knowledge of risk management frameworks (NIST 800‑53, COBIT, FAIR). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, or related field (required). - Advanced degree preferred. - Relevant GRC, risk management, or compliance certifications preferred.
