Job Description
**Job Title** College Intern – Strategic Solutions & Supplier Management **Role Summary** Provide student‑level support for supply chain and flight services operations. Gain hands‑on exposure to data analytics, reporting, process improvement, project management, supplier onboarding, supplier diversity, and invoice resolution within a corporate environment. **Expectations** - Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 40 hours (Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM). - Flexible scheduling to accommodate class times. - Loaner of a remote work arrangement when appropriate. - Participate in fixed‑length internship, status within academic term, and post‑internship evaluation. **Key Responsibilities** - Research, document and gauge process improvement opportunities; present findings to leadership. - Enter, audit and verify supplier onboarding, qualification and diversity data. - Support corporate card administration, invoice payment, and dispute resolution. - Provide client‑support for software applications, troubleshooting customer, system, and technical issues. - Collect requirements for departmental KPI dashboards and reporting tools. - Attend site and supplier tours/meetings to broaden operational knowledge. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of interfacing with clients and colleagues. - Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Basic understanding of supply‑chain operations and corporate information management. - Growth mindset, collaborative approach, and self‑initiative. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams. - Comfortable working independently in a telework setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - College‑level coursework (≥ 100 credits) from an accredited institution. - Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program or recent graduate status preferred. - No mandatory certifications required.
