Job Title: Nursery Administrative Assistant II Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the nursery team and facility, facilitating financial processes, HR coordination, procurement, and day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure efficient nursery operations. Expectations: 3‑5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a nursery or agricultural setting; strong command of French and English; proficiency in office software and general administrative procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Finance Support: process invoices, maintain transaction records, assist with budget tracking and financial reporting. - Human Resources Liaison: coordinate recruitment and onboarding of administrative and nursery staff, manage employee records, attendance, timekeeping, and leave. - General Administration: file documents, perform data entry, prepare necessary paperwork, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Procurement: handle supplier procurement processes and maintain supplier records. - Nursery Manager Support: act as liaison between the nursery manager, supervisors, and staff; schedule meetings and appointments; assist with daily nursery operational support.
