**Job Title**
Telecom Negotiation Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate two strategic units—negotiation and technical design—to deliver telecom projects (3G/4G/5G) on time, within scope, and to client‑defined quality standards. Serve as the primary client liaison and internal communication hub, ensuring alignment between commercial negotiations and engineering outputs.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Team Leadership** – Define objectives, coach, and assess performance for negotiation and design teams.
2. **Resource & Task Management** – Allocate and monitor workloads, track progress, and adjust assignments to meet deadlines.
3. **Client Liaison** – Act as the single point of contact for clients, presenting status reports and addressing concerns.
4. **Quality & Compliance** – Ensure deliverables meet technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
5. **Negotiation Oversight** – Lead technical site visits, co‑ownership meetings, permit applications, and other negotiation activities.
6. **Strategic Planning** – Anticipate operational needs, propose solutions, and align project objectives with business goals.
7. **Stakeholder Coordination** – Engage local authorities, institutional and private landlords, and other relevant parties.
8. **Project Documentation** – Maintain accurate project records, risk logs, and change‑request documentation.
**Required Skills**
- Project management (scope, schedule, budget control).
- Telecom technical expertise (3G/4G/5G network design, site acquisition).
- Negotiation process mastery (technical visits, council meetings, permitting).
- In‑depth knowledge of municipal government, institutional lenders, and private real‑estate stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management.
- Organizational rigor and priority setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Negotiation, Commerce, Telecom Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing telecom projects, with demonstrated success in negotiation and technical delivery.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, construction permitting, and telecom licensing.
