Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Spearheads prospecting, cold outreach, and client acquisition for real estate services. Builds and nurtures a high‑quality sales pipeline, converts leads into closed deals, and manages transactions from inception to completion. Expectations: - Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly new‑business targets. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date activity in Salesforce. - Deliver compelling sales pitches and negotiate agreements. - Generate regular market insight reports and feedback from industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Research, qualify, and prospect potential clients; identify decision makers. - Conduct cold calls and discovery conversations to secure new business. - Schedule and lead meetings with prospects and key stakeholders. - Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close lease offers. - Track all activities, record data in Salesforce, and maintain pipeline health. - Analyze market trends, absorption rates, and financial metrics. - Manage transactions through to completion. - Attend industry conferences, collect market intelligence, and share insights. Required Skills: - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM). - Cold‑calling and prospecting expertise. - Objection handling, negotiation, and persuasive selling. - Market analysis and real‑estate transaction knowledge. - Strategic thinking and risk anticipation. - Time‑management and self‑direction. - Team collaboration and independent work capability. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred. - Salesforce certification or proven CRM experience (optional).
