Job Description

**Job title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for large transformation programmes, driving requirement gathering, process improvement, UAT, and stakeholder engagement to deliver business‑aligned solutions. **Expectations:** - Work independently to produce robust analyses, documentation, and business specifications. - Own the delivery of business outcomes and manage change impact across programmes. - Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, communication, and facilitation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. - Conduct stakeholder workshops, elicitation, and validation sessions. - Create detailed process maps and user stories. - Lead UAT planning, coordination, and verification of test scenarios. - Produce artefacts, functional specifications, and change impact assessments. - Support solution implementation, post‑go‑live reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Independent business analysis experience with stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts) and user story creation. - Experience with analysis techniques: SWOT, PESTLE, MoSCoW. - UAT facilitation and test scenario development. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail orientation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills. - Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Formal Business Analysis certification: BCS Foundation (or evidence of pursuing BCS/ISEB Diploma). - Preferred additional certifications (value added): PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, Agile, ITIL. ---
