Job Description
**Job Title**: Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive the full sales cycle for home equity release products via telephone. Build and nurture client relationships, educate prospects on reverse mortgage solutions, screen borrowers, manage application and documentation workflows, and oversee the onboarding process to closing. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Deliver a superior customer experience and high funnel conversion rates. - Self‑manage a large book of business and maintain accurate pipeline data. - Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance sales effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond promptly to inbound leads from direct‑to‑consumer marketing and broker referrals. - Explain reverse mortgage products, processes, and benefits to prospective clients. - Screen borrowers against qualifying criteria and assess eligibility. - Conduct application calls, procure required documents, and facilitate underwriting. - Serve as the primary client contact throughout onboarding until loan close. - Identify and propose process improvements, coordinating with cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette. - Customer‑centric mindset with ability to build rapport quickly. - Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and detail‑focused. - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, flexible schedule (evenings/weekends). - Collaborative attitude, eager to contribute to company growth. - Ability to master product knowledge rapidly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Valid Mortgage Agent/Broker/Associate licence in Ontario. - Minimum 1 year of mortgage sales experience (preferred). - Underwriting experience and asset‑evaluation knowledge. - Sales methodology training (e.g., BANT, SPIN, or similar).
