Job Description
Job title: Projects and Technical Support Officer Role Summary: Hybrid IT support specialist providing end‑to‑end technical assistance, managing Microsoft 365 and related infrastructure, maintaining network and server environments, and supporting digital transformation projects. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused service; maintain accurate technical documentation; collaborate closely with project management and service desk teams; manage both on‑site and remote tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support for educational applications, cloud technologies, and network infrastructure. - Manage installation, upgrade, and maintenance of network equipment and applications. - Document all technical activities related to customer sites. - Assist Project Manager in planning and executing digital transformation initiatives. - Serve as senior point of contact for service desk, ensuring clear communication with clients during incident resolution. - Maintain service quality standards and demonstrate strong customer care. Required Skills: - Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune). - Microsoft server technologies: Hyper‑V, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, iSCSI, WDS, MDT, Print Management. - Wired and wireless network management (HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki). - Mobile device management (MDM) – Intune, Meraki. - Windows desktop end‑user support. - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) preferred.
