Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant **Role Summary:** Lead the design, assessment, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to deliver data‑driven customer experiences. Work with clients to understand marketing and customer view needs, author solution designs, and translate insights into actionable marketing and service strategies. **Expactations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end Data Cloud implementations and enhancements. - Communicate complex CDP concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement through assessment and optimization of data landscapes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult with clients to capture requirements focused on data‑driven marketing, unified customer view, and marketing technology. - Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing system landscapes and identify optimization opportunities using Data Cloud. - Author detailed solution design documentation aligned with client needs. - Build audience segmentation strategies utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud features. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform insights into practical marketing and customer service initiatives. - Explain benefits, trade‑offs, and potential risks of CDP solutions to stakeholders. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Data Cloud functionality, CDP best practices, and industry trends. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (minimum two implementations). - Strong background in CDPs or MDM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Amperity, ActionIQ, IBM InfoSphere). - Deep understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and ETL processes. - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and core Salesforce products. - Ability to analyze complex customer datasets and derive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, bridging technical and business perspectives. - Experience in a consulting or digital agency environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Salesforce Data Cloud certification preferred. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or equivalent credentials considered an advantage. ---
