Job Title: Program Manager – Compliance Platform (Inovaare) – Healthcare Domain
Role Summary: Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise‑wide compliance programs for healthcare payers and providers using Inovaare. Own strategy, roadmap, and execution of configuration, rule updates, automation, integrations, and reporting, ensuring alignment with CMS, HIPAA, PHI, and privacy requirements while embedding governance and security frameworks.
Expectations: Deliver compliant, efficient solutions on time, within scope and budget; drive cross‑functional collaboration; maintain executive oversight; achieve measurable ROI through audit readiness and operational gains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own program strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for Inovaare compliance modules.
- Configure and update rules, automate workflows, integrate with enterprise systems (claims, enrollment, provider, member, analytics).
- Ensure alignment with CMS mandates, HIPAA, PHI handling, data privacy, audit controls, and governance.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration (compliance, regulatory, IT, security, legal, vendors).
- Establish executive steering committees, RAID logs, compliance reporting, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee audit readiness, regulatory submissions, and documentation for internal/external audits.
- Manage budgets, resource plans, SOW governance, and track ROI tied to regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
- Champion secure, scalable architecture for platform integrations and data handling.
Required Skills:
- Program and project management expertise, preferably certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulation (CMS, HIPAA, PHI, privacy standards).
- Experience with compliance platform configuration and integration (Inovaare or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional team coordination.
- Executive communication and governance facilitation.
- Analytical skills for ROI, risk, and audit metrics.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and data governance.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Certifications: Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP), PMP, or equivalent compliance/program management credentials.
