Job Title Assistant Production Manager – Fashion Brand Role Summary Supports the Production Manager in overseeing garment development, vendor coordination, and production timelines to ensure styles meet design intent and commercial launch schedules. Expectations - Deliver accurate and timely production data to internal teams and vendors. - Maintain rigorous control of product development documentation and reporting. - Communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with Design and vendors to confirm style accuracy during milestone meetings and bulk production. - Manage inventory discrepancies; update bulk purchase orders accordingly. - Track product development approvals, ensuring internal and external information transfers are complete and on schedule. - Gather time and action items to keep the product development calendar current. - Monitor vendor work‑in‑process, shipping exceptions, and follow up on all product specifics. - Ensure consistent product details across departments through regular communication. - Present prototype samples to customs officials for line review and approval. - Maintain and update the Product Development report for in‑season accuracy. - Support overall maintenance of all Development and Production reports. Required Skills - At least 1 year of production or product development experience in a corporate setting. - Basic garment knowledge and familiarity with design‑to‑manufacturing processes. - Strong written and verbal communication, with proven follow‑up ability. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems preferred. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or related field.

Job Description
Job title: Raw Materials Assistant Role Summary: Support the Raw Materials team with organization, archival, and logistics of materials for a fashion brand, ensuring accurate records and smooth material flows for seasonal campaigns. Expactations: Deliver reliable support to the Raw Materials team on a contract basis, maintaining meticulous archives, ensuring timely processing of material shipments, and contributing to seasonal planning meetings. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced design cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain the Raw Material Library, including skins, prototypes, and seasonal archive entries. - Check in new material, skins, and prototype shipments, updating records in PLM and Excel. - Compile and archive colour cards, lab dips, and strike-off trials for leather and fabric across past seasons. - Manage the trim and soft trim library and archive supplier colour cards and material masters. - Assist with preparation and setup for seasonal milestone and material meetings. - Perform general team support functions: package trace, dispatch, and tracking. Required Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PLM systems. - Ability to follow through on tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
