**Job Title** Sr IT Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead and deliver end‑to‑end IT projects, primarily Salesforce.com implementations, within the life‑science sector. Manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and compliant project execution. **Expectations** - Successful delivery of multiple Salesforce.com and GxP projects. - Strong understanding of life‑science industry regulations. - PMP certification and proven ability to manage complex, multi‑team programs. **Key Responsibilities** - Own full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and sustainment. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and dependency maps. - Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners to align with objectives. - Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies. - Provide status updates, steering‑committee reviews, and stand‑ups; manage governance ceremonies. - Produce high‑quality project documentation per client standards. - Forecast and report project costs, collaborating with Finance for budget adherence. - Drive process improvement and optimization opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven Salesforce.com implementation experience. - GxP project delivery expertise. - Strong knowledge of life‑science industry requirements. - PMP certification. - Advanced project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, iterative). - Experience managing global, dispersed teams and multiple vendors. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and metrics development. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage senior stakeholders. - Proactive problem‑solving, ownership mindset, and high performance focus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience **or** Master’s degree with 6 years of experience. - PMP certification required.
