**Job Title**
Infrastructure Engineer – Azure, Entra ID, Citrix (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Design, deploy, and support Microsoft‑centric infrastructure spanning Azure Cloud, Entra ID, Citrix, Active Directory, and VMware environments. Lead automation and IaC initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Packer, and provide N3 support for mission‑critical systems while driving security, modernization, and automation projects.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Microsoft infrastructure experience.
- Proven proficiency in cloud (public & private) and automated environments.
- Self‑directed, organized, and collaborative team player.
- Certifications in Microsoft and/or VMware highly appreciated.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and maintain Azure and on‑premises infrastructure, including Entra ID integration.
- Manage VMware vSphere/vCenter virtualization environments.
- Develop and apply IaC scripts (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Packer) for consistent, repeatable deployments.
- Modernize existing infrastructures, focusing on security, automation, and performance.
- Provide level‑3 (N3) support for critical services and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on transformation initiatives and project delivery.
**Required Skills**
- Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Azure Cloud services (core infrastructure, identity, security).
- VMware vSphere & vCenter virtualization.
- Automation & IaC: Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Packer.
- Fundamentals of AWS (desirable).
- Strong scripting, debugging, and problem‑solving capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (required).
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent (preferred).
