Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, PCI) while automating processes, managing Microsoft 365/Teams/Azure AD environments, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations** Deliver reliable, cost‑efficient operations with proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous automation.
