**Job Title:** CRM 365 CE Technical Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and govern Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, integrating Power Platform, Azure services, and related technologies. Provide technical leadership, ensure scalable and maintainable architectures, and collaborate with solution architects, client stakeholders, and development teams.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
- Proficiency in .NET C#, Power Platform/Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Strong grasp of data modeling, migration, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to guide clients, lead cross‑functional teams, and mentor junior staff.
- Fluent English and Dutch or French.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and evolve the technical architecture, aligning with solution blueprints and governance standards.
- Validate solution designs with solution architects, ensuring optimal use of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure components.
- Gather and translate technical requirements, define integration scope, and support presales demos/evaluations.
- Design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions, addressing performance, security, and deployment considerations.
- Lead and motivate cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues within the Business Applications team.
- Participate in internal communities of practice and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) technical architecture, configuration, and customization.
- .NET C# development for plugins and custom extensions.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse low‑code development.
- Azure services (Logic Apps, integration, cloud infrastructure).
- CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Data modeling, migration, and integration techniques.
- Strong client‑facing communication and relationship management.
- Agile/Scrum or Prince2 project methodology awareness (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or higher (e.g., Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect).
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
