Job title Field Marketing Manager Role Summary Lead strategy and execution of B2B marketing initiatives for BlackBerry’s secure communication portfolio across the U.S. Commercial and Canadian markets, focusing on Government and Critical Infrastructure sectors. Generate demand, drive new logo pipeline, and deliver measurable ROI through integrated events, digital campaigns, and partner programs. Expactations • Minimum 7 years of B2B software/cybersecurity marketing experience (or 5 years with a master’s degree). • Proven track record of delivering marketing ROI and pipeline growth. • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments while coordinating cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strategic relationships with U.S. and Canadian sales leaders, channel partners, and internal marketing peers. • Co‑develop and execute GTM strategies and annual marketing plans to elevate brand awareness and demand for cybersecurity solutions. • Own quarterly/annual pipeline generation metrics, managing budgets to meet targets. • Plan, contract, and execute sales and channel events, coordinating logistics, vendor relationships, and post‑event follow‑up. • Produce compelling digital and print content, messaging, and collateral tailored to Government and Critical Infrastructure audiences. • Measure program effectiveness, generate dashboards, report results, and recommend optimizations. Required Skills • Strategic thinking with strong tactical execution in B2B marketing. • Superior written and verbal communication; adept at presenting insights to senior stakeholders. • Relationship building & influence across sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems. • Proficiency with marketing tech (ON24, Demandbase, Smartsheets, NetSuite, Microsoft Office). • Data‑driven, able to build and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and ROI reports. • Comfortable participating in sales calls, Quarterly Business Reviews, and pipeline discussions. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (BS/BA) – or Master’s degree (MS/MA) with 5 years of experience. • Certifications in marketing analytics, demand generation, or cybersecurity (preferred).
