Job Description

Job Title: MuleSoft Lead & Integration Architect Role Summary Lead and expand the organization’s MuleSoft integration practice. Serve as the technical authority for MuleSoft initiatives, partnering with sales, delivering enterprise‑grade integration solutions, and mentoring development teams. Expectations - Drive the growth of the MuleSoft practice through strategic leadership and partnership with vendor sales. - Deliver high‑quality integration architectures that align with client business goals and technical landscapes. - Mentor and elevate internal development talent while maintaining rigorous engineering standards. Key Responsibilities - Act as the technical leader for all MuleSoft projects and engagements. - Manage relationships with MuleSoft sales teams; identify and qualify new opportunities. - Shape go‑to‑market strategies, solution offerings, and architecture frameworks. - Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture assessments. - Support pre‑sales activities with solution design, architecture diagrams, and technical presentations. - Design enterprise‑level integration solutions on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API‑led connectivity, event‑driven, and hybrid models. - Develop architecture blueprints, API strategies, and governance models. - Oversee the full integration lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment. - Provide hands‑on technical guidance and establish best‑practice development standards. - Mentor integration developers and technical consultants. Required Skills - 8+ years of enterprise integration architecture or development experience. - Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, integration architecture). - Proven ability to design and implement API‑led connectivity architectures. - Experience leading technical workshops and client discovery sessions. - Strong background in enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and cloud architectures. - Ability to collaborate with vendor sales and technology partners to drive opportunities. - Excellent communication skills for presenting complex architecture concepts to technical and executive audiences. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect (required).
