**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Drive the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for a hospitality tech platform. Generate new business, build a robust pipeline, close deals, and nurture key accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets while fostering long‑term customer relationships. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet/exceed new‑business revenue goals. - Build and maintain a healthy, targeted pipeline that fuels growth. - Expand the product’s footprint within the hospitality sector. - Deliver measurable upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Provide actionable customer insights to product and marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - **New Business Development** – Identify target hospitality operators; research, prospect, and outreach; maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM. - **Sales Execution** – Conduct tailored demos and presentations; negotiate terms, address objections, and close deals to surpass targets. - **Onboarding & Account Management** – Ensure smooth transition to onboarding and account teams; stay engaged with strategic accounts; identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - **Market Engagement** – Represent the company at industry events; stay current on hospitality trends; use competitive insights to refine positioning. - **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Share customer feedback with Product & Marketing; contribute to commercial planning and growth strategy. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in hospitality tech. - Proven outbound prospecting and cold‑calling skills. - Strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities. - Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM; experience with ZoomInfo or equivalent lead‑gen tools. - Strategic thinker with a balance of execution and relationship building. - Excellent communicator, collaborative, bias for action. - Data‑driven, organized, and proactive. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (any major). - Sales or CRM certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
