**Job Title:** Senior Agile Transformation Consultant **Role Summary** Lead end-to-end Agile transformations in complex organizations, driving sustainable performance improvement and operational agility. Focus on aligning strategy with execution, fostering leadership capability, and delivering measurable value through pragmatic, outcome-focused interventions. **Expectations** - Proven success in large-scale, cross-functional Agile transformations with demonstrable business impact. - Dual capability to engage directly with executives on strategic change and teams on delivery execution. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity, resistance, and organizational complexity while maintaining accountability for outcomes. - 60% on-site client engagement (Tues–Thurs weekly), with virtual support during offsite periods. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement organizational effectiveness strategies, operating model redesign, and change management frameworks. - Coach leadership and teams on Agile principles, fostering ownership of transformation goals. - Facilitate workshops, unblock delivery challenges, and model Agile behaviors. - Build stakeholder trust and deliver tailored solutions to optimize value-stream performance. - Develop metrics and insights to track progress and align Scrum Inc. capabilities with client needs. - Create high-quality, strategic deliverables that enable client progress and sustainable change. - Design strategic processes (e.g., budgeting, procurement) to balance agility with governance. **Required Skills** - Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Adaptive Planning methodologies. - Cross-level influence and executive coaching experience. - Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills for complex, multi-stakeholder environments. - Leadership capacity to guide small teams in complex engagements. - Strategic communication: articulate clearly, concisely, and persuasively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Proven record of measurable Agile transformation success in enterprise settings (Agile certifications preferred but secondary to impact). - Demonstrated client-endorsement through case studies or results. - Master’s degree or equivalent experience in organizational development, business, or related field.
